But what if anyone could not able to find out? Is his or her life goes in wasted? No, that's why researcher digs out the way to be what anyone wants to be in life. Which is known as 'Manifestation.'

   Manifestation of something means the ideation to believe on you can do something and to focus on that thought and move with all of your energy to that direction that you can make it happen.  
For example, instead of thinking "This is my dream car but I will never be able to afford it," changing this thought process to "This is my dream car and I will work hard so I can buy it someday," can help you to turn your dream into reality. 

In simple words, Manifestation is a process of strongly believing that your dreams, goals, and aspirations can be achieved by focusing your energy and actions toward them. 

Manifestation can be applied in every area of our life. Whether it's our career, families, friendships, relationships, or anything. 

How does Manifestation work?

Manifestation is based on two matters. 
  1. The Power of Positive Thinking and
  2. The Law of Attraction    

The Power of  Positive Thinking: 

Among all the creatures in the universe, only the human are gifted with the power to think. Our thoughts are so much power that could play an important role in demonstrating the course of our lives. 

We are dealing with worries and fears in our life every day, for which we can not focus or work to reach our goals or dream of what we want to achieve in our life. Lack of self-doubt, fear of failure and worry about the social impact we keep running from none but ourselves. 

By having a positive attitude or a positive thought, we can overcome those worries and fears. A strong belief that we can in our mind can help us to focus on our goal with energy and actions. Keep track of your thought, if you find negativities convert them to positive thinking

The Law of Attraction

This theory states that if we focus on anything we will attract similar things into our life. If we are interested in something, we would like to learn about it. Think about it. Read about it. We may discuss it with friends even when we are gossiping together. People who have similar interests in it will recognize your passion and could make a group or society. 

With this network of connections, you will be able to know who has advanced knowledge and who hasn't. These opportunities can build your knowledge space and examine your knowledge of your interest matter.   

The way to Manifest what you want in life can be explained with six manifestation techniques. These are:


Visualization Practice

Many research result shows us that visualizing our goal and the journey of achieving them can help us to conquer them. Every day we should spend a little time on how we are going to achieve our goal. You can call it Day Dreaming or such a thing. 

We can do it every morning after waking up or at night before going to bed. If we are visualizing our goal in the morning then we could get motivated by our working through the day towards our goal. Or, if we are doing this before going to bed at night then we can track our activity throughout the day and find out the does or don't to get closer to our goals. 

I would suggest visualizing the goal every morning after waking up and every night before getting to bed every day to keep tracking our activity toward our goals.  


A Vision Board

A visual board with images, notes or graphs, etc, would be a great motivation toward your dream or goal. It can be physical or digital but visualization is a must.  For example, if you are working towards buying a car. Then showroom location, model, landscaping, or technological update info would be useful to pin at your exit door or your wash basin mirror. It would work like a visual reminder to your brain to keep focusing on your goal.  


Step-by-Step Method

Don't hurry or do not take multitasking work. Achieving something is a long-run process. Divide your work into different steps. And work with it every day. If you are thinking to do advanced work it would be harmful to your energy. Similarly, if you think that I am really tired today, I will cover up with extra time work tomorrow. Then this will be going to be a habitual activity. So do working at your goal every day.  

A Worksheet

Take a workbook and make a note of your daily work schedule with every little detail. Do not make a long schedule instead make 7 days work routine. Keep tracking your everyday routine. What you are doing like working for your dream, contact with someone, or reading something every detail should be noted.  

A Journal

Maintaining a journal would be also helpful for you. Write down your thought, your anxiety, your worries, or your fears. It can improve your self-awareness, and make an impact on your every interaction with reality. By researching with this journal you will be able to find out where you have lacked and where you failed to full fill daily workouts or what steps you would have to take and when or where. In short, it would be your invisible guidance toward achieving your goals. You can make a note of your desired thing, hated things, enjoyed doings, beloved persons, or anything that you think you have, just make sure to make them countable 10.  

Update

And finally and most important thing to do every end up step or weekend is to update your vision board, working plan, worksheet, or journal. Take the necessary step whatever is needed and keep doing them.

Be Clear About The Goal What We Want To Achieve

We should have a clear idea about the goal that we want to achieve in our life. We must be clear about what our goals are to manifest them. Clear ideation about them can help us plan them perfectly. 

Positive Statement

Always make positive statements while you are manifesting what you want. These are examples of what you could say:

  • I am more than capable of this job and deserve to achieve it. 
  • I am grateful for the success that I have already achieved and hope to get more. 
  • I am of utmost confidence that I will live my dream within some years. 
  • I am not afraid but excited about the experience of upcoming circumstances. 
  • I will take care of my health and body which will support my journey through. 

Work Towards Goal

If you can visualize your goal, take steps toward achieving it. The first step is always crucial remember it and don't be afraid to go. Just start and follow the flow, your path will accompany you. Take your time every day or every week to work for it. If your goal is to find a new job, then aim to apply for at least one job every week. Just do it consistently whatever it is. 

Leave Your Comfort Zone

We all are living in a comfortable environment, and secure for us. But to get to reach what dreamt of we must leave this atmosphere. This can be scary, but believe me you can not make even a step with your comfortable living. For instance, if your dream is to be a singer, then you can start by performing for your family, then make your way up to bigger performances like neighbourhood weddings, area concerts, etc. 


Be Confident

It's very much important to be confident and maintain it during the process. Start your day by saying to yourself that "I am strong and much capable to do it." This only sentence will boost your confidence level and keep you engaged toward your goal.  

Attitude of Gratitude

While you planning the roadmap towards your goal. Be thankful for what you have. An attitude of gratitude can help you have a positive mindset. 

Seek for Support

The way towards your goals may not be smooth and you may have facing disappointment to setbacks. Don't hesitate to share your goals and struggles with your trusted and loved ones. But don't share your dream with anyone. They may not be able to understand your mind state in-depth and may discourage you. 


Things to Keep in Mind

There is no right or wrong way to manifest something. Your belief, confidence, positive attitude and continuously working toward your goals until you get them is the only way to manifest. 

Do not let anxiety, fear, self-doubt, and negative thoughts take place while you are manifesting. Replace your negative thoughts with positivity, fear with courage, and self-doubt with confidence.
